Why Me? 

As I was spending time reading another personal development/business book last week – the same question keeps popping up over and over…..what makes you different?  What makes you stand out from other Realtors?  

This got me really thinking about me, my life, and my business – I was asking myself, what makes me different? Why would people choose me? There are hundreds of Realtors to choose from.  Why me? 

My passion for loving and helping people started early in my life. My greatest inspiration and influence was my dad – Pastor Roger! A humble, kind, patient leader who always makes me feel like the most important person.  Truth is, I didn’t have big aspirations for college, I wanted to be the church secretary, they answered phones & typed super fast, it looked like the coolest job ever! (I was 9) 

After high school, I ended up in two careers simultaneously  – I got into real estate by helping build & run a new-construction company (I did answer phones and type super fast by the way) and I became a youth pastor. 

In 2014 I was introduced to a brand new non-profit organization called HOPE 4 Youth and thus launched the next season, which was amazing…..but as fate would have it, one of the board members of HOPE 4 Youth was a Realtor.  

I was later drawn back to this idea of real estate and owning my own business helping people with what I know to be one of the top most stressful decisions and purchases in a person’s lifetime.  I had first hand knowledge of the entire process having built and sold many of my own homes. I could really understand the challenges and transition of the whole process.  

In 2019 I called Paul (the Realtor, now Broker) he had just opened a brand new franchise Realty One Group Choice in Andover – literally 5 minutes from my house! 

Here I am now over 4 years later owner of Homes and Sutch Realty helping so many people and having so much fun doing it.  Here’s what I know – I love people – I love to help them, inspire, encourage, listen, laugh, connect & partner with them. Real Estate is the platform that allows me to do that and I’m so grateful.  

If I have the privilege to work with you or someone you know, you can trust that they are in great hands! I take this responsibility seriously.  I do this full time – it’s not just a career to me – it’s part of my life and my values – this is not about a transaction with a client, this is an investment and a partnership, it’s part of my why – 

I don’t have all the answers, but I have a lot.  I don’t have all the connections, but I have many. 

My friends are my clients and my clients absolutely become my friends!  

Our mission in real estate is to help people through the transitions of buying & selling homes to live out their own personal values and best lives everyday.
